I am very sorry that you could not make it on time for the pick-up time you have selected yourself and did not show up for without any notices. I certainly do understand the inconvenience, but unfortunately this is the only way I can function during colder months giving my clients a 9 am – 9 pm 7 days a week pick-up flexibility. I make sure to notify everyone both at checkout with a hard to miss popup notice Before and After you submit your order, then a Pick-up Instructions note at a checkout fill out form, and finally in every order email. If this pick-up condition does not work for you, I absolutely respect and do understand you. You may always make your decision prior to committing to place your order with such timing condition as I value your time and sanity as much as I do mine, and I love being friendly and helpful instead of making you feel uncomfortable, nobody likes this and we all deserve some respect.
